In my current capacity, I focus on providing valuation services, expertise, and advice to a diverse client base, including large multinational corporations, mid/small-cap companies, and private equity firms, as well as on business development activities. I regularly perform valuations for both TMT and non-TMT industry clients. Within the TMT area, my focus has been in the telecommunications and software sectors. I also have experience in numerous other industries, including consumer finance, gaming, and general technology, among others.I primarily provide services addressing financial reporting and tax reporting requirements related to acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, joint venture formations, impairment testing, and other relevant business activities.
