Identifying weld breaks and issues present in the Commercial DCTD system for inspection and repairs. Developing weld maps for specific parts and components within the Commercial DCTD system, leading to developing and creating a database for outlining when and where welds have been identified to have breaks or issues, as well as creating identifications/callouts for welds on such parts. Constructing a document depot for accessing vendor data of installed parts and components, with attached vendor information sheets for access.

Created manufacturing instructions for the main DCTD Commercial System skid and support structures for assembly.

Developed a master device list for cataloging parts for the team's database of installed components and products, with the outsourced component details, benchmarks, and performances for in-field references by site personnel.

Wrote a constructive manual for a direct thermal distillation (DCTD) prototype unit, designed to restore over 300,000 gallons of water a day. Provide shipping arrangements, consolidated ASME welding documentation for particulate screen vessels for the unit.
