Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly store operations. Develops crew and managers by seeking highly skilled individuals who display excellent customer skills and leadership qualities. I work closely with my Operations Consultant to ensure that the store meets goals. Maintain goals for the restaurant to ensure that all line items of the P&L are met. I build and leverage the unique talents and skills that all individuals bring to the work environment and apply those to better serve our customers and community. I fully believe in the McDonald's system and believe that the keys to success lie within a diverse and inclusive workforce.
