DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY (Contractor: Professional Analysis, Inc.) - Columbus, OH – 2022 to (Present).- PROGRAM MANAGER: Lead the contract with the Department of Defense to provide purchasing services to the U.S. Army and Navy. Hire, train, and manage a Team of (4) Supervisors and (40) Buyers. Awarded a “Secret” level security clearance.- Responsible for submitting monthly reports to the Dept. of Defense on Actual vs. Budgeted performance metrics.- Successfully provided purchasing services to buy for the Army, replacement equipment & electrical components for their tanks & vehicles; and for the Navy, replacement equipment & components for their submarines & ships. - Implemented a rapid “2-week” Training course for my Buyers, so they could immediately adhere to all Government specifications on awarding and completing Purchase Orders.- Each Buyer was required to complete at least (30) Purchase Orders per Month. - Met daily with the (4) Supervisors to ensure our Team was adhering to all Government requirements.- Performed weekly reviews of Buyers’ actual performance to resolve any barriers to their success.

- DIRECTOR OF PROCUREMENT – Managed a team of managers and buyers responsible for annual spending of $85.0 million at (540) Red Roof Inn hotels and motels, both Corporate-owned & Franchised.- As Director, I was an integral part of the Management Team which doubled the number of Red Roof branded properties: From 250 in 2008, to 540 in 2020, by developing low-cost Operating and Renovation programs. - Upgraded the Red Roof Inns’ quality by contracting with national brands and strategic vendors.- Presented all Procurement strategies & national contracts to Red Roof’s Executive team for approval.#1. Developed a Procurement website for all “Red Roof Inns” Brand Standard items (Operating Supplies, Furniture, and Fixtures) by partnering with a national distributor. #2. Operating Supplies - Managed the purchase and vendor selection for; Linens, Towels, Bedding, Uniforms, Guest Room Supplies, and Cleaning Supplies. Negotiated all pricing for Brand Standard items. >Negotiated pricing with Approved Vendors, such as Ecolab, for a weighted average price reduction of 8%.#3. Furniture & Capital Equipment - Managed the purchase and vendor selection for; Serta Mattresses, Furniture, Exterior Signage, Artwork, Lighting, Flooring, and Panasonic Televisions. -Door Locks - Upgraded guest room door Locks to a higher encryption RFID technology to improve Guest safety.#4.
