The Charter Foundation is committed to assisting healthcare, medical research, educational and other charitable organizations, primarily in the Greater Philadelphia area, that make a difference in improving the lives of people. The Foundation will have particular interest in assisting organizations that serve people in need of help who are suffering from illness, poverty, abuse, aging, hunger, homelessness or other challenges

Thirty Five year career in Commercial Real Estate Finance. Roles and achievements include:- Credit and Management Training.- CRE Workout officer restructuring, negotiating repayment, or legally resolving troubled CRE loans.- Relationship Manager for professional real estate developers.- Underwriting Manager managing a team who underwrote and managed CRE loans to private and public entities.- Developed financial analysis tools used corporation-wide for underwriting and managing CRE loans of all property types.- Worked with third-party vendor over 5 year project to develop and onboard web-based solution to replace 20-year-old in-house tool.

Advisory Trustee on the board of this private foundation making grants mostly for capital projects, primarily in the greater Philadelphia area, for the purposes of:- Stimulating a better understanding of the natural environment, and encouraging the preservation of its important features;- Encouraging more compassionate and cost effective care for the ill and aging, in an atmosphere of dignity and self-respect; and- Promoting education, or medical, scientific, or cultural developments enhancing the quality of life.
