I have many years in experience as a volleyball coach, in multiple camps with Mountain Volleyball Club and for the Mountain Athletic Club, both located in Hamilton ON. I am currently studying Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph and therefore have a thorough understanding of the human musculoskeletal system and biomechanics. I have also taken courses related to injury prevention/rehabilitation, as well as courses related to training program development for athletes. My career goals involve finding a job after graduation from university (April 2024) relating to kinesiology or physiotherapy. From here I hope to enrol in physiotherapy school to become a registered physiotherapist myself.
