Led project to migrate Jamf Pro MDM server from On-Prem to Cloud Hosted environment allowing for less day-to-day maintenance and increased coverage of off-network devices.- Worked with Code 42 Rep to migrate our Code 42 infrastructure from On-Prem to Cloud hosted. During the process we went over all of the configuration and security settings to update them to company standards. We also cleaned up the existing backups, -Ran a team of helpdesk agents from two offices to cover Mac issues. The weekly meetings covered recent problems, upcoming changes/projects, and divvying up work to cover patching for regular security updates and vulnerability management.-Oversaw monthly OS and App patching and constant security updates using reports from our Vulnerability Scanning software.-Worked with InfoSec to maintain device hardening and security to stay up to date with Industry Standards and meet compliance standards. -Maintained security system for multiple offices. Work included granting biometric security access, pulling logs/editing access for InfoSec/HR, and working with third party technicians for general maintenance.-Maintained inventory and supplies for the Austin office. Worked with my counterparts in the Costa Mesa Office to manage a budget of ~$80,000 a month for computers and peripherals.

Assisted in migration from Legacy CSID O365 tenancy to Experian O365 tenancy. Facilitated the Client-side portion of an email migration for over 350 users on Mac and PC.-Assisted in migration from Legacy CSID Domain to Experian Domain. Used Quest tools to assist in Backend and Client-Side migration of over 300 User Accounts and machines. Mac and PC.-Rolled out Jamf Pro Mac MDM to all Macs in the Legacy CSID environment. This included going over all existing security settings and policies in the Experian environment for compatibility issues and editing or recreating where necessary. Created and documented policies for setting up machines in the new management environment.-Supported over 300 local users in day-to-day Helpdesk issues, managing a shared ticket queue and walkups. This includes Executive Support and a Call Center Environment. -Managed accounts in email, telephony, and Proprietary software systems for multiple 3rd party Call Centers
