The Internship structure will expose the intern to the various operations and production related duties, responsibilities, and challenges that Icicle Managers face throughout the salmon season. The Internship began in the Seattle office where the he will teamed up with the HR department at the height of the recruiting and hiring season for the 2014 herring and salmon season. in this section the intern will learn the recruitment process and assist/support to recruitment personal.For the second part of intern's objectives, he will be sent Wood River and spend several weeks as the Bristol Bay salmon reason starts up. The intern will learn the day-to-todays operations with a primary emphasis on production

Receiving merchandise, enter it into the computer to ensure accurate tracking, and preparing it for entry into the retail stock. Sends merchandise to warehouse and retail locations and perform inventories to ensure accuracy. Processe back orders for warehouses and corrects inventories as needed. Receives UPS and FedEx deliveries as needed. Locates items for customer needs, including layaway and hold items, and delivers them to the departments or registers. Receives restock orders from departments then pulls the merchandise and delivers to proper area. Receives items returned from departments, scans and returns to proper locations. Accurately prices product. Operates a forklift, pallet jack, shrink wrapper, hand lift, clothing cart, steamer and hand held scanning equipment. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
