Possess qualities of patience and understanding when working with homeowners, with the ability to be firm on company policy when necessary. Perform “blue tape” walk through with homeowners. Perform “punch list” walk through of homes being built. Interact with customers and/or homeowners. Explain the warranty process, covered and non-covered warranty items to customers and/or homeowners. Communicate with subcontractors regarding the work that needs to be performed. Determine and Control pay basis of work performed vs time on site to complete job for subcontractors. Adhere to schedulesandtimecommitmentswithagoaltoexceedthosedates. Visithomesunderconstructionto ensure quality and cleanliness of the work being performed. Report to construction manager/builder on a regular basis for updates on homes being built. Identify and report potential problems or issues to construction manager. Assist construction superintendent as required.

Skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and operation of the city’s water/wastewater utility distribution and water treatment systems, lines, pump stations, and associated equipment. Engaged in the construction and repair of water and wastewater mains and associated devices. Including connection of fittings, excavation for the installation and repair of lines, the testing and monitoring of water pressure ,the testing and monitoring of water treatment and chemical levels, job-site restoration tasks,and all other water/wastewater utility related tasks.
