Hello! My name is Hunter, and I was recently employed with Staples for over 7 years! During my time at Staples, I started my career as a part-time Bulk associate, from the Bulk department, I enjoyed the knowledge behind the operations and because of that, whenever the opportunity presented itself, I would put my application in so that I may learn different building functions of operations. When I thought I learned everything I could, I then found myself teaching other associates the SOPs of different operational functions and because of that, led me to the role of Supply Chain Trainer. My time as a trainer was really fun. I started meet so many new faces, was able to bring the passion of a fun work environment, teach and guide new associates. In my leadership role, I’ve learned the importance of team engagement through positive reinforcement. The more I learn, the more motivation I get to push for more. I love to learn, instruct others and bring positivity to the work environment wherever that may be.
