My duties were to implement and uphold procedures and policies that met State of Tennessee (Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF)), federal, and company standards for compliance. I trained employees in new and recurrent trainings that ensured they were federal, state, and company compliant. I also oversaw and conducted new hire orientations and company wide training events.
