As an Attraction Supervisor, I was responsible for making sure that all of the main points of interest within the entertainment center ran smoothly. I worked at stations such as Lazer tag, Glow in the Dark Mini Golf, and the Chaos Room, where I learned the technical aspects of working at the various locations. However, through my experience, I also learned various public interaction and stress management skills. Public interaction skills were learned through interacting with different people who had trouble with something or were trying to break the rules. This also played into stress management skills, where I learned how to work at 100% efficiency, and still keep a clear calm head while working on the weekends, when the building was the busiest.
