-Directly Responsible to the Board of Directors for developing the agency's programs and carrying out the objectives of the agency within the policy framework provided by the Board of Directors-Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the agency, program development, staff supervision, and fiscal accounting-Serve as a liaison to other community and state agencies-Perform annual evaluation of individual staff performance-Secure funding necessary to carry out the programs of the agency through fundraising and grants-Prepare and submit grant applications-Prepare statistical and narrative reports as required by funding sources and the Board of Directors-Develop programs for public relations and community awareness-Ensure all programs conform to standards established by licensing and certification bodies

-Supervise all clinical services within the agency, implement and evaluate programs as needed, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinical staff-Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and contract sources, forming relationships with those entities to better serve the community and assure contract compliance-Serve as a treatment provider for the Logan County Drug Court program as well as other programs as needed-Maintain integrity of all clinical records by implementing higher standards and regular record reviews-Revenue and productivity has increased by 11% under my tenure-Recouping of revenue by contract sources has decreased by an average of 70% under my tenure

-Treated clients who are seeking help for both mental health and substance abuse concerns on a daily basis-Oversaw details of a contract serving youthful offenders (CARS) including keeping appropriate records, making all correspondence, arranging and leading inter-agency meetings, and addressing any questions or concerns regarding services provided-Kept clear, accurate, and organized records for all clients served and preparing necessary reports in a timely manner according to deadlines-Conducted mental health evaluations using various tools and inventories

-Regularly provided home-based treatment in rural areas to a variety of populations including school age-Provided in-service training on signs of potential child abuse to teachers in Lincoln County

-Facilitated all communication for the clinic regarding referrals, scheduling, and coordination of clinicians-Completed intake interviews as needed-Coordinated with other departments to facilitate services to students as needed
