Form Finder was a finalist for tech innovation awards by The American Lawyer and Financial Times and winner of Tech Enabled Corporate Department of the Year at Legalweek.Developed an AI platform and process to profile 1200 M&A/PE + Health deals and deployed this data in our M&A/PE Matter Hub: An amazon-style search platform to locate past purchase agreements with filters like client role, closing date, deal value, agreement type, opposing parties, counsel + industry along with links to the final agreements, closing binders, billing and timekeeper data for each matter.Implemented an attorney-facing search tool for our Corporate Finance practice with over 35 data attributes across 3 years of data.
