I was selected for this multifaceted role, due to my organizational agility and leadership ability to drive the team to hit daily performance objectives. I conducted a daily huddle to provide feedback to the team, both positive and constructive, and deliver the motivation they needed to successfully carry out their shift, which included promoting sales goals of "upselling" certain products.
