Current- Overseeing operations for 3 retail delivery locations, a distribution warehouse, and a production facility- Hiring, training, and developing location managers as direct reports. Indirect management of all delivery, warehouse, and customer service personnel, totaling over 100 employees- Planned and directed all aspects of location management with a keen attention to detail, notably to identify gaps and strengths within each location and collectively- Creating and developing 200+ SOP’s and company policies to standardize and streamline operations and ensure that organizational goals and directives are being met- Interfacing with legal counsel and management team to ensure all locations are compliant with DCC and local municipality regulations- Leading bi-annual training seminars for three operations departments, ranging from teams of less than 5 to over 50. Conduct weekly and bi-weekly meetings with customer support, delivery drivers, and inventory teams to ensure the proper implementation of new processes, give and receive feedback, and maintain a collaborative work environment. Writing and publishing a weekly company newsletter to share and review goals, make important announcements, and foster company culture- Sole procurement director for all delivery, distribution, and wholesale operations, managing relationships and negotiations with well over 50 major suppliers, with a purchase volume of over $10 million per year. Created a vertically-integrated production system to drive profits and reduce waste. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors to drive cost savings and support for aggressive, competitive promotions- Developed and implemented a fleet management program to ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and their performance is optimized
