Work experience ranging from educating, service and bartending, restaurant management, reception, personal assistant, fundraising/account management, and coaching basketball. People skills are the reason for my success in all areas. Every role I've been in has shown real time challenges and assisted me in my growth as a fast acting long term decision maker. My background in teaching and learning has given me the tools to connect with others. My role in restaurants and other customer service based jobs has allowed application of what I learned from the University of Washington. Beyond that refining my skills to apply in a range of job types allows me to connect with others from foreign industries. Proper communication is the key to success internally and externally.I am currently working with Flex Fundraising as an account manager and sales executive. Raising money for teams and clubs across the United states. Our online platform allows easy to share crowdsource fundraising strategy. Coming from a childhood of playing sports I find this extremely crucial to the development of young people. Assisting with raising money necessary for programs operation and growth will continue my development as a professional salesmen, manager, and excellent communicator.My future goals consist of growth in these areas: Team management, communication with customers, effective sales strategy, project management, and as always strategy for proper communication in house.
