Managed OEM customer relationship, be responsible for design win influence and management.• Worked with customer cross-functional team (CxO, product, engineer, marketing and sales) to discover sales opportunities and develop product strategy, including product definition, marketing position, development plan, go-to-market plan, etc.• Managed Intel engineer support resource and process to customer, addressed and handled customer technical issues. Heavily involved in customer’s product strategy planning and support customer build relationship with ODM partners.• Accelerated target OEM mobile biz by innovation product design win and won back from competitor (From 50% IA MSS in Q1’08 to 100% IA MSS in Q3’09). OEM account mobile biz kept growing and gain 100% volume growth in Yr’09.• Managed PRC 1st local design Thin&Light notebook program, successful TTM and got over 100Ku volume in PLC. Managed OEM ‘Hurdle’ innovation products planning & development and got 100Ku high end PC volume.

Responsibilities:• Owner of PRC CPG group solution enabling strategy. Enabled Ecosystem, managed relationship with program related ISV/OSV/Channel partners and drove solution integration, co-marketing.• Collaborated with engineering team on solution development and supported sales to generate design wins. • Managed the marketing development funding allocation and conducted the ROI analysis.Key Achievements:• Worked closely with SMB customers to identify usage models. Defined and developed local SMB vertical solution stack and worked with global team to localize global solution stacks for PRC channels. • Launched SMB solution stack with multiple channels/OEMs, achieve over 150Ku new platform sales in pipeline.• Planed and Managed Intel ‘Module’ program to development Core 2 Duo based solution for PRC & APAC channels, like Hedy/TCL/Newblue/Hai’er in PRC, HCL/Wipro in India.
