I currently fly a King Air 90 for an emergency medical services operation out of Denver. I have supervision over a second in command, and a crew of two critical care nurses. Flights originate out of Denver to pick up patients within a four hour flying radius. Typically patients are transported back to Denver, but on occasion get dropped off at other metropolitan areas. Responsible for weight and balance, aircraft performance, flight plans, coordinating with dispatch, weather, and adherence to FAA regulations.

Flew corporate missions with our King Air fleet to Rocky Mountain destinations for rural physician outreach and client requests. For the Lear Jet fleet I served as a first officer flying corporate throughout North America. I was in charge of catering, client transportation, lodging, flight plans, weather, keeping fuel and ramp costs to a minimum, and any other requests delegated with the client. I also flew air ambulance operations in our Lear 31 with two critical care nurses to pick up patients in rural facilities to transport them back to Denver.

This was a single pilot operation, but when I was acting as a check airman I would have to supervise new hires and make sure current employees were adhering to standard operating procedures. Responsible for aircraft loading, coordinating times with UPS, weather, adhering to FAA regulations, and aircraft performance.
