Product design support: Get the initial specs requirements and concept 3d drawing from US marketing and engineering department, work with the suppliers for the detailed design and quote, to make sure the final design can meet the target price and approve by home office. Help provide the correct information to home office and help them check for the related carton artwork, manual, POP, serial plate, blister pack, etc. To make sure these prints can pass the certificate and third party inspection.2. Product certification: Follow the samples for testing and certification(CSA, ETL, CE/GS, SAA, etc.) Follow up with the test lab for any problems found in the certification process, help supplier understand the issues and make the improvement accordingly. To make sure we can get the certification on time.3. Engineering pilot: After the supplier finished the tooling, I will go to the factory to verify if the product can meet with our requirements, such as performance, package standard, etc. And will also help the factory fix the issues in the mass production, such as some structure defects, quality flaw, etc. To make sure we can ship on time.4. Warranty support: Help home office check the warranty BOM and make sure we can get the correct warranty parts from the supplier and provide to the consumer.5. Trip arrangement for US engineer, customer meeting support, IT support, etc. (Making appointment with supplier for the US colleague, arrange the pick up, visit accompanied. Set up the samples for customer meeting, prepare the realted quotation/presentation documents. China office network management, computers/software maintaince, etc. )
