Telecommunications involved configuration and programming of Merlin PBX and Lucent Definity PBX, phones, and voicemail.

Direct the activities of the MIS department, which includes systems development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and support. Management of operations, hardware and software purchases, budget, and personnel. Develop, and maintain disaster recovery plans. Analyze, and execute data/telecom needs for the Southeast region.Developed Headway systems policies, and procedures. Responsible for the management of the Helpdesk, and systems personnel. Coordinated all voice/data equipment installs, which included PC’s, servers, routers, hubs, switches, T1's, PBX's, CSU/DSU's, and other related components. Ordered all T1, and frame relay circuits. Responsible for the administration of all hardware, and software systems for 9 Southeast locations, with 120 users. Responsible for the administration of 12 Novell 4.11 servers, and 2 NT servers running the Citrix 1.8 application. Installed and maintained 3COM Netservers used for dialup access. Created user accounts, profiles, login scripts, and security for all NT, and Novell servers. Performed all systems maintenance of Iwatsu ADIX PBX’s and Callegra voice messaging systems; including adds, moves, changes, and training of all new hires and end users. Analyzed and diagnosed all voice/data problems within the PBX and coordinated resolutions with LEC.
