Oversee and direct collision repair and maintenance decisions for the greater Charlotte region encompassing upwards of 10000 rental vehicles. Oversee on site airport maintenance facility that services all rental vehicle needs as well as assists in maintaining surrounding Charlotte area fleet. Assist in providing training and direction for 44 branches on mitigating risk, controlling costs and managing vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring that customer and employee safety are core focuses of our everyday operation.
