I am a Safety Manager with A.L.L Construction. I see myself different than most safety professionals. I want to help the employees with their questions, concerns and be able solve those problems, also execute them in the safest way possible. I have worked in the construction industry as a general laborer, carpenter, truck driver, equipment operator, crane operator, and crew leader. So, I can see the different side of the spectrum. I have witnessed some crazy unsafe things in my past experiences and have been in the middle of some of those situations. That is why I choose to start a career in the Safety Profession.
