Maintain safe, clean and compliant job sitesUnderstand plans, construction methods & regulations.Track & control construction costs against the budget in order to avoid cost overruns.Responsible for overseeing all foundation pours.Locate, negotiate pricing and scope of work for various labor needs.Schedule and manage subcontractors and sub-contractor relationships in order to build homes on schedule and close on time.Responsible for hiring and securing additional sub-contracts when required.Complete homes and all customer walk through items prior to closing.

Responsible for the daily operations of construction including: * Schedule and manage sub-contractors; * Order and receive materials; * Meet with customers, inspectors, and supervisors to discuss the status of construction; * Ensure that job sites under construction are kept clean; * Inspect job site and authorize payment for work only when it is complete. * To construct a quality project within a prescribed time schedule while minimizing cost. * Responsible for checking in all materials received at site, including original and extra material purchase orders. * Responsible for monitoring all work performed on jobsite for quality control; safety compliance with company & OSHA regulations, local, state and federal environmental laws. * To manage and inspect the quality of the job performed by subcontractors and hold them accountable to company quality standards. * Schedule and organize subcontractors to complete work on a timely basis and complete/approve subcontractor payroll. * Schedule routine inspections with appropriate authorities. * Maintain rapport with the clients in regard to buyer concerns and custom options. * Responsible for hiring and firing subcontractors
