While working at Georgia Bank & Trust, I was able to learn and understand the various of features of banking. As a teller, I was the face of the bank. I made sure that I adapted a solid relationship with loyal customers and non-customers. My main focus was to supervise bank accounts and inform customers about their existing accounts. While working at GB&T, I learned the different types of financial products and how they were used. For example, I obtained information, from certain types bank accounts, investments, to even understanding the mortgage departments role.

While working at Kroger, I was able to learn the different functions of each department. Working in produce, I was able to learn new information about how each product was used, how the weather affects the pricing and outputs of each product, and how to analyze the surplus of inventory and shortages of products to create a balance of goods to limit costs. My main focus was to ensure that each customer was highly satisfied, which was how I adapted friendly relationships with loyal customers and how that strategy brought in new customers. As a team, each department competed to keep customers satisfied. Different ways each department managed to attain satisfaction, was keeping the department clean, helping customers find their product of choice, and using fast and friendly customer service.
