Residential property manager for ~200 properties located in multiple esteemed neighborhoods in North Scottsdale (Desert Mountain, Troon, Estancia, Mirabel). Provided preventative maintenance for high-value properties. This included scheduling and overseeing maintenance and renovation projects, scheduling home repair services, moving services, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, repairs, plumbing and waste removal services.

Established and coordinated fun and healthy activities for K-8 children to participate in. Scheduled and managed team of activity teachers. Furloughed when department was shut down due to COVID-19 closures.
