Process Improvement Technician
Current• Leads daily meetings to discuss previous shift reports with Managers, Supervisors, and Leads, to determine any action items that will help with daily operations (CI projects, paperwork, SOP’s, Tuning, Maintenance, etc.)• Audits and records 5s/Housekeeping for the Rigid dept, as well as communicate between shifts to determine ways to better the floor (5s, efficiency, safety, etc.)• Developed excel file to record/track maintenance downtime, as well as restarts and delta plan, for the Rigid dept• Submits Rigid Work Order Requests to be completed by Maintenance through MP2 system• Use Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint regularly; received training in Power BI• Developed CI Form/process for Rigid Supervisors• Develops/updates all Rigid SOP’s, Checklists, Forms, etc.• Enters end of year inventory counts into Oracle system• Stocks/manages all Rigid tools needed for daily operations• Develops/distributes labeling for SimEx• Attended training in North Carolina for Rapid Improvement• Attended Cornerstone’s “Kaizen College” in Texas to learn Kaizen processes/tools.• Coordinates/Assists with Kaizen, 5s, and CI projects
