My primary focus is network and server management, though I also specialize in computer repairs and providing technical support to both teachers and students.I travel between buildings, troubleshooting issues and assisting teachers and staff with device-related questions. I manage and maintain network reliability by overseeing switches and other networking equipment across the district.I am self-taught in managing and troubleshooting a diverse range of systems, including Google Admin, Mosyle device management, Grandstream VoIP phones, PaperCut, Windows Server, Active Directory account creation for students and staff, Aruba networking equipment, and Digital Watchdog security systems.
