After my internship, I was given a position as a Support Specialist at Mission Critical Solutions Inc..My responsibilities are providing IT support for medical billing and accounting software for clinicians. Other responsibilities include implementing software and solutions to clinics and providing support for networking issues.

I was given the opportunity to be an intern at MCSI. The main focus of this internship was to teach new developers the process of creating and maintaining production web-based applications. The interns were also taught the process of IT and making sure the customer has the best CX they can possibly have.MCSI helped grow my ability to adapt to changing conditions and expand my knowledge of the process of maintaining an application.

Graduated from Epicodus in the C#/Javascript/.NET track. At Epicodus, I was taught how to create interactive Web Applications using Javascript frameworks such as AngularJS and back-end server and database management using C#, SQL, and the .NET framework.The faculty at Epicodus taught me how to easily incorporate new frameworks into my projects and integrate easily within a team working on the upkeeping of established projects.
