Driven by my early diagnosis of Type 1 Diabetes, I began my career committed to solving healthcare challenges. It taught me that empathy and a customer-centric approach are paramount and they continue to guide me in tackling the intriguing Product challenges that I love. As a Growth Product Manager at CoderPad, I leveraged my BS in Information Systems and Business Analytics developing and testing hypotheses to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue for the leading technical interviewing platform. Collaborating cross-functionally, I optimized user experiences, measured experiment impact, and formulated data-driven strategies resulting in improved user onboarding, feature adoption, and self-serve conversion rates. Prior to joining CoderPad in January 2022, I gained valuable experience as a Solutions Analyst and Technical Consultant at WellSky and Netsmart. Here, I built and contributed to a range of healthcare software solutions, witnessing firsthand how the intricacies of healthcare software directly impacted patient care and operational efficiency. These experiences instilled that a deep understanding of user needs is paramount. As I transitioned to CoderPad, I carried this customer-centric approach with me, aiming to merge technical excellence with a user-focused mindset to drive the growth and success of innovative software products.My experience spans diverse areas: from automating personalized outreach and optimizing sales workflows to spearheading the development of new products and advocating for customer needs. What interests me is interesting problems and embracing growth opportunities, with a desire to strengthen on any front that makes an impact.
