• Directed and trained 7 officers to recruit, promote, conduct orientations, manage club finances, handle communications, and run weekly meetings • Orchestrated club activities: weekly meetings, officer meetings, open house, recruiting fairs, and a unique speech competition where participants randomly swapped presentations to present blind• Constantly creating/maintaining member relationships: saying hello or starting a conversation with them at every occasion while on-campus
