I have over twenty-five years of experience as an in-house Landman for Exploration & Production Operators. My skillset is broad with a wealth of knowledge in oil and gas lease acquisition, acquisition and divestiture due diligence, joint operating agreements, right-of-way agreements, land title and curative, seismic optioning and permitting, landowner relations, development plans, risk management, resource allocation, prospect identification, negotiation and development. Career highlights include:• Management of 100,000 acres and supporting assets in the Williston Basin, North Dakota and Wyoming, and all aspects of due diligence in the divestiture of multiple properties.• Acquisition of 30,000+ acres for operated ultradeep exploration in Louisiana, and due diligence on multiple acquisitions and divestitures in shale plays in Texas and Louisiana.• Development of onshore and offshore properties in Texas and Louisiana, and the securing of appropriate easements, surface leases, state and federal permits for exploration and pipeline construction.• Leadership of Landmen, lease and division order analysts in the acquisition of 86,000 acres and the drilling of 150 exploratory wells in South Texas and Gulf Coast.I am actively exploring another opportunity where I can continue to provide strong land acquisition and development talent.
