CurrentReal Property Accountability Officer (RPAO), Management and Disposal Section, Real Estate Branch.U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District - Federal Employee CIV - Mobile, AL40 Hours Per Week / December 2022-Present• Maintaining Property Lists & Reconciling with Ongoing Acquisitions & Disposals: In accordance with concurrent army regulations, RPAO's are assigned the responsibility of maintaining complete & accurate records of all dollars expended on USACE-owned lands, real property improvements, and additions and betterments (A&Bs). Application of AR 735-5: Physically inspecting all the projects real property at least once every 3 years to establish the real property inventory list. Project inspection processes include but are not limited to; Scope of Work (SoW) creation, Inspection Sheet creation, REMIS task code creation, ArcMap/ArcPro map & report creation(s) using WebMap & Field Maps. Assigning of building or structure numbers to each real property item for input into REMIS. Maintenance & creation of maps depicting the location and building, or structure number of each item included in the inventory using ArcGIS software programs. Mapping processes include but are not limited to; Geodatabase creation for all 45+ projects, WebMap creation for use of real-time Field Maps application on a mobile device during site inspections. Application and Expertise of all Army Regulations to apply necessary information to all work-related projects.• REMIS Systems Administrator (SA): REMIS SQL Management of all USACE-owned Real Property Inventory. SA actions include but are not limited to; Real Property Disposals, Acquisitions, and Additions & Betterments, Generation/Creation of a Project Inventory Reports, Hand Receipt Holder (HRH) changes & creation, Granting and Revoking of Mobile District personnel roles.• Real Estate Quality Management Representative (QMR): Alternate QMR to assist writing SOPs, how-to guides, and checklists.
