Mapping processes include but are not limited to; Geodatabase creation for all 45+ projects, WebMap creation for use of real-time Field Maps application on a mobile device during site inspections. Application and Expertise of all Army Regulations to apply necessary information to all work-related projects.• REMIS Systems Administrator (SA): REMIS SQL Management of all USACE-owned Real Property Inventory. SA actions include but are not limited to; Real Property Disposals, Acquisitions, and Additions & Betterments, Generation/Creation of a Project Inventory Reports, Hand Receipt Holder (HRH) changes & creation, Granting and Revoking of Mobile District personnel roles.• Real Estate Quality Management Representative (QMR): Alternate QMR to assist writing SOPs, how-to guides, and checklists.

GIS Specialist III / Real Property Specialist III in EngineeringOklahoma Military Department (National Guard) – State Employee CIV - Oklahoma City, OK40 Hours Per Week / January 2020-December 2022• Engineering Project Work in ArcGIS to: Collect data and create maps to further bolster our National Guard site data. Map GPS Point Vectors in the field with a Trimble device for OK National Guard and OK State use. Provide maps to soldiers, contractors, auditors, and state and federal entities, for use on: Construction Projects, Future Site Plans, and overall site maintenance for annual inspections. Maintain and update GIS data with as-built information provided by our Plans & Programming Department. Create maps, graphs, exhibits, and plot other information using ArcGIS Desktop software. Export and Import layers and shapefiles into ArcGIS in accordance with federal networking procedures.• Real Property Data Management of all Oklahoma National Guard Facilities across Oklahoma: Maintaining and managing all 50+ OKARNG facilities real property assets in state and federal databases (PRIDE, HQIIS & GFEBS database). Creation of an asset data’s: CATCODE, FACNO, RPA Names, RPA Descriptions, Sustainment Organization and Funding Codes, User Organization Codes, Construction Types, Facility PSIDs and Built Dates, Acquisition Costs and Methods, Units of Measure and Quantities, etc. Cost Analysis Breakdown using an Allocation Spreadsheet with an assets CATCODE and Unit of Measure for DD Form 1354s, and database entries to record asset costs. RPO approval processing for asset RPUID creation. Working alongside OKARNG engineers to establish accurate information of all facilities across Oklahoma in databases. Perform Real Property, ISR site inspections every three years to ensure data has been recorded accurately. DD Form 1354, NGB Form 420R Voucher Registry creation to establish voucher numbers for each asset.
