Starting my real estate career in a down market has had its fair share of struggles. I chose to get into real estate in a down market because I saw a great potential to grow. When the market crashed many realtors decided to get out of the business. To me this meant one thing, less competition! As my experience and knowledge for the business grows, the market is doing the same. As the market rebounds, the time I spent investing in myself will prepare me for when the market is hot. I have been able to build my reputation, clientele, and knowledge in some of the toughest times in history. I have been able to sustain steady growth in the last several years. As the market improves, the skills I have acquired in this historical market will have me several steps ahead of my competition leading to achieving my career goals.
