Create/modify blueprints via AutoCAD or REVIT

Supervisor for new home construction as well as property manager for all rental properties. My duties included(but were not limited to): - Shoot lots to determine proper grading and slab heights - Assist in overseeing construction and make sure jobs were completed in a timely fashion - Move-in/Move-out inspections - Quarterly inspections - Repairs on rental properties and warranty issues - Turnovers on rental properties

I was in charge of kitchen and bathroom renovations out of The Home Depot. My market included all stores in Savannah(Pooler, Abercorn, Victory Dr.), Bluffton and Brunswick. My responsibilities included: - Took initial measurements - Corresponded between customers and designers to help with design - Corrected/approved new plans - Calculated proper quantities of necessary materials - Calculated labor quotes - Managed labor on installs - Handled any customer services issues (follow-ups, punch list, etc.)This job was a crucial part of my evolution in the construction business. I had to be able to multitask all of these responsibilities for several customers at a time out of all of my stores. I also learned how to effectively manage people/labor. I also learned the value of being able to do my work completely unsupervised. My company's office was located in Charleston, SC and I worked out of my home office in Savannah, GA.
