- Develop and maintain customer and cross-departmental relations while providing flavorful, healthy smoothies as well as various healthy meals. - Develop and maintain customer relations with various Big Ten Conference Sport Programs at various Universities. - Maintain and edit schedule for 60+ Student Employees via Microsoft Teams - Responsible for maintaining a clean, up to code, retail food establishment according to local and national health standards.- Supervise a staff of 60 student employees- Maintain and control inventory in an institutional environment- Responsible for hiring of student employees- Maintaining accurate records of food temperatures and cooler temperatures in a monthly log for Health Department reference.- Over see cash flow in a high volume location on campus- Discipline students when necessary, via Human Resources if necessary- Coach and develop students in a learning retail environment- Responsible for keeping adequate product on hand while ordering from several different distribution companies- Maintain accurate time records using TreeRing Timekeeping SoftwareDepartment Board & Committee Positions - Student Employee Committee Position: Member Served: Fall 2017-Summer 2018 Duties: Assisted in planning various Student Employee events such as Student Leadership Retreat, Fall Semester Early Arrival Event, Dining Student Appreciation Event.- UH&D Professional Practice Review Committee Position: Member Served: September 2017-June 2018 Duties: Examined the University's policies on Service Management according to NACUFS National Survey standards. Focused on policies with Dining Halls, Retail Areas and University Catering.
