As a Guest Service Coordinator (Service Dispatcher) it was my responsibility to delegate service calls to a team of up to fifteen team members. I was also the face of the Bellstand, being the first and typically the last face the guest saw while in the hotel. I would greet guests, gather the necessary information, store and/or retrieve their luggage, and provide a positive and upbeat atmosphere for the guests entering or exiting the hotel.I also worked with my fellow dispatcher to create a supplementary inventory log which sped up the process of retrieving stored bags for guests.I received several positive comments from various sources, i.e: Hotel Survey, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and direct to Manager comments.
