As an enthusiastic CRM Systems Intern at GMED, I am keen on contributing to the evaluation and optimization of our current CRM systems. I actively participate in assessing their functionality, usability, and how well they align with our organizational goals. Within my role, I identify areas for improvement in process flow, data input procedures, and reporting capabilities, eager to learn and apply best practices. Through diligent research and exploration of alternative CRM solutions, I assist in determining their suitability for addressing GMED's unique needs. My responsibilities also include supporting the implementation of recommended changes, such as data migration and user training, under the guidance of seasoned analysts. Throughout this process, I gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to monitoring the impact of implemented changes on process efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Additionally, as a secondary part of my internship, I have the opportunity to sit in on meetings and learn all the different aspects of economic development, broadening my understanding of GMED's overall mission and operations. Through this internship, I am committed to learning and growing while making meaningful contributions to GMED's CRM strategy and gaining insights into economic development practices.
