- Provide day-to-day support of clients using EDGEnet, Alliance Partner interfaces, and other system related products and applications
- Participate in the development, testing and implementation of new system enhancements
- Remain proactive regarding issues, escalating when appropriate and ensuring all problems are resolved in a satisfactory manner
- Review client requests for access to third-party applications
- Keep team members and management informed, conveying a sense of accountability and commitment to stakeholders and service/business goals
