Using behaviorally based practices in order to create a more efficient workplace, as well as creating and directing different methods of staff training. - Creating training programs- Filming, Editing, and Recording sound for various staff training videos- Streamlining already-in-place staff training methods

Helping decrease employee injuries through the implementation of behaviorally based safety techniques. This occurred through my creation and management of an employee injury and worker's compensation database in which I collected data on employee injuries in the workplace and ran analyses in order to discern trends for the purpose of ultimately locating the primary sources of workplace injury. Alongside this, I aided in the creation of an employee training survey in order to locate potential training deficits. With this knowledge, I helped develop a new training program with the purpose of creating more efficiently and competently trained employees along with decreasing employee burnout and employee turnover.

During this internship, I spent my time observing and aiding physical therapists in a clinical setting. I also helped lead a "Balance Class"​ for elderly individuals at a high risk of falling. The class helped these individuals to re-learn the physical skills needed to maintain balance in varying situations. The other half of my internship consisted of working in the clinic office. Here, I managed tasks like sending mail, filing insurance claims, handling/organizing sensitive medical records, and overhauling the storage and organization of the clinic's exercise instructional sheets.
