My initial experiences came working on our family farm with a small cattle operation. Additionally, as I got older, I was afforded the opportunity to work on neighboring farms with more cattle and with exposure to tobacco farming as well. These experiences were furthered during my time at Morehead State University as an Ag-Business major, where I had worked and took classes at the MSU farm working with cattle, horses, swine, etc. These experiences solidified my passion in the area, grew my knowledge base, and gave me formative exposure to many types of farming operations, as well as operations ranging from small to commercial sizes. In college, I was first exposed to the “business” nature of my degree. I quickly developed an interest in and passion for this facet, and pursue it with the intention of bettering myself, whatever company I work for, and the customers that trust me with their transactions.
