As a Clair Care Operations Specialist, I am responsible for:- Creating more inefficient internal processes such as escalation pathways, execution scenarios, and well-documented step-by-step guides on how to assist our users with their most complex problems- Collaborate with other internal Clair teams (Product, Engineers, Banking, & Marketing) to mitigate UX paint-points and create processes where consistent user feedback can be visible to the company at large- Overseeing that our internal knowledge base is up-to-date, and fully encompasses all information needed for any internal Clair agent to become an expert in our product- Take full-ownership of customer FAQ Hub which entails building, creating, updating, and ensuring all information presented to the users is complaint, easy to understand, and helpful- Writing personable and clear canned responses that our agents can use when addressing common customer concerns to ensure ticket processing rates are both efficient and excellent in quality- Continue to take ownership resolving our most aggravated/escalated customers concerns
