Brand Initiative (Cross Category)-Drive integrated marketing plan for the category and cultural moments (i.e. Olympic, Double 11, CNY...etc), and align with leadership and functional team leads-Lead functional teams to deliver timely and effective implementation of campaign execution, including Creative, Media, Retail, etcTraining Category-Work with leadership team to develop Training 365 offense strategy, and create training’s ecosystem to better engage with fitness athletes-Lead agency to do consumer quant and qual research, and capture consumer insights for brand/cultural campaigns

Develop integrated marketing campaign strategy and demonstrate in event/digital execution for brands including NBA China, Tissot, Chopard, Want Want and etc.-Lead team members to create proposal with creative thinking and win the bidding-Oversee digital content deliverables, and track the metrics to meet with KPI
