Member of the Industrial and Natural Resources research team specializing in Chemicals, Materials, Packaging, Mining & Minerals, and Agriculture industries. Responsible for developing comprehensive search strategies, identifying and assessing top level executive talent, creating detailed client reports, and providing market and candidate insights to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with consultants in consistent client engagement to thoroughly understand client needs, provide talent analysis, and offer advice in matters of talent management and market status. Additional focus on training, developing, and mentoring internal research talent across the firm.

Second-in-command of the company. Responsible for the supply, maintenance, logistics, and resourcing programs for a company of over 120 Soldiers encompassing four intelligence disciplines and an unmanned aerial surveillance platoon. Advises and assists the commander in all decisions and training development for the company.

Led 35-person team composed of four intelligence disciplines, including All Source, Geospatial, Signals, and Human Intelligence, responsible for intelligence analysis and production for a brigade and seven subordinate battalions. Maintained and accounted for over $15 million of equipment.

Assistant intelligence officer of a Stryker battalion. Helped develop and supervise training for three noncommissioned officers and one Soldier. Planned, organized, and supervised all intelligence and security activities in support of battalion and company-level operations. Assisted in advising the battalion commander in tactical decision-making through actionable and timely intelligence.

Planned, developed, and supervised bi-weekly tactical training events with four direct reports and six peers for over 50 cadets. Helped prepare cadets for tactical evaluations and led to 100% of personnel successfully completing Cadet Advanced Training and passing their evaluations.
