Ran the day to day operations in State Representative Gerald Stebelton's office. Representative Stebelton serves as the Chairman of the Ohio House Education Committee. Position allowed me to run the operations of the Education Committee. These efforts included conducting legislative and policy research; draft testimony, speeches and press releases; record official votes and transcribe minutes.While staffing the committee, my efforts assisted to the passage of several pieces of legislation which include; updates to Ohio's Third Grade Reading Guarantee (Sub. SB 21), and the Columbus Plan (HB 167). The responsibilities of the office also included directly managing a Constituent Aide's day to day tasks. We helped coordinate interested parties to craft legislation (HB 555, HB 278, and HB 461), all of which was signed into law by the Governor. Drafted press releases, speeches, and letters to better communicate to the constituents of Representative Stebelton's district.

Managed Nathan Burd's race in Ohio's 20th House District. One of the most competitive races in the Ohio House during the 2012 General Election. Directed volunteers and the campaigns extensive grassroots efforts. Organized and planned the campaigns fundraisers. Coordinated arrangements to make the candidate as visible as possible in the District through community and private events. Grass root efforts lead to a total of over 38,000 doors knocked.

Ran the day to day operations in State Representative Jim Butler's office. Drafted press releases, speeches, and letters. Helped work with constituents in the district to receive the necessary assistance needed. -Helped work to pass Ohio House Bill 268, which updates Ohio's jury services.
