· Reporting to Managing Director as well as the Group VP of Manufacturing, responsible for production, engineering and maintenance, planning, QA and HSE, process improvement, technical development and supply chain management. · Assumed P&L responsibility including the development and achievement of budgetary and cash flow goals to ensure the long-term viability of the plant; 
· Formula the manufacturing strategies and action plans in order to support the business development;· Led plant production and engineering and facility maintenance personnel in day-to-day activities to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and facilities; · Ensured preventative maintenance and repairs of all material handling systems/ equipment to minimize downtime (Central Impression Cylinder Presses – Flexo printing technology);· Worked with Maintenance Manager in planning, budgeting, organizing resources, executing work plans, monitors production and quality, co-ordinates priorities, resolves issues and participates in special projects and work schedules;
· Hired, directed, coached and mentored staff to ensure performance targets are being met;· Led the team to implement the continuous improvement projects, TPM program and lean manufacturing initiatives;· Led to ensure that all staff subordinates are suitably trained/qualified/licensed for the various tasks and jobs they must complete. This includes but not limit to Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), fall arrest, confined space entry, hot work permits, fire extinguishers, lift truck operation, etc.; 
· Ensured site compliance to all labor, safety, and environmental regulations;· Implemented the outsourcing project management to ensure Innopak can provide more services to customers;· Led the facility to pass the QS,BRC/IoP, ISO, FDA, AIB, FSC audits;

· Production planning (Key product lines include “Quilton” toilet tissue, “Symphony”, “Delight”, “Persona” brands facial tissue, etc.);· Production management (Perini, Consani, Chanli, TMC platform);· Establish the product enterprise standard and standard operation procedure;· Workplace Health & Safety Officer – Queensland government authorized;· Engineering project management and process improvement;· GMP standard management, etc.

· Responsible for Guangzhou mill operation management in China (Key product line include “Kleenex” toilet tissue, “Scott” facial tissue and mini handkerchief, etc.);· Ensure plant operation can fill the needs of South-east Asia and Greater China markets;· Total Productive Maintenance;· Established the product enterprise standard and standard operation procedure, make sure the plant efficiency can meet the global target;· Personnel management includes staff recruitment and training;· Implement the monthly master production plan;· Plant operation cost control and management;· Safety leadership;

· Capital project management of new paper plant & new initiative delivery; Imported equipment installation include plant HVAC system, Power supply and control, Air compressing and manufacturing system; · Led the engineers to accomplish the production room mechanical and electrical design and conduct the relative feasibility studies;· Technical concurrence and capital appropriation request to Asia paper category directors;· Capital investment management and assets procurement and installation;· Coordination between the government and the company during the execution phase;· Led a team comprises internal engineers, purchasing buyer, import & export clerk, and the contracted engineers.· Bidding management of suppliers and contractors. Includes the project cost control, project schedule, quality and safety assurance, etc.· Implemented the department action plan that aligned with the company yearly OGSM goal;· Took care the Asia Pacific product supply organization technical training, etc.

· In charge of the daily production management of two Whisper assembly lines;· People management, includes the technicians recruitment and promotion, training, etc.;· Assure the product quality and develop relative Standard Operational Procedure;· Achieved the monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS) targets;· Team productivity and Total Productive Maintenance;· Production cost (MOE) reduction;· Plant safety management;· New initiatives vertical startup.

· Take charge of the manufacturing process reliability, process centerline management, and different initiatives changeover;· Provided the process training to the technicians.· Assure the quality variable controlled within TrZ.
