Responsible for managing the safety and security for a 300,000 square foot commercial high building, and 800 stall parking garage through the use of electronic access control and physical security measures including an eight-person security team.

As the Security Manager I was hired to rebuild and solidify a functioning security department. Since Nov 2009 I have been able to write and implement a standard operation plan for all officers and organize the departments paperwork. I have put into place a system of tracking all criminal activity and incidents to ensure proper officer placement and guest safety. The department currently employees 3 officers and we oversee approximately 65 Mulligan team members and serve an average of 500 guests daily. I am working everyday to improve my departments resources and tactical advantage.

My job at Wilshire Blvd Temple was to help start up of the public safety department. My position entailed that I assist with the daily operations of the department, I was also responsible for assisting with the development of a usable emergency plan and provided the training associated with it. During my employment with Wilshire Blvd Temple I was able to get hands on experience with emergency management and undergo anti-terrorism training. Wilshire Blvd Temple provided me with lessons and knowledge I hope to pass on to younger officers.

As a Patrol officer I was responsible for patrolling high crime areas and suppressing illegal activity within a set district. I was to efficiently handle a set number of properties and respond to call for service within that district, while responding to assistance calls of other patrol officer and security officers. As a supervisor I was responsible for the same patrol duties with the addition of overseeing the daily operations of a number of security officer. I was also responsible for attending client meeting and updating the operations manager about any changes to client accounts. My experience with community Protective Service afforded me the opportunity to manage contracts with little oversight from senior management.

My tenure at SSA gave me the opportunity to enhance my patrol skills as well as gain experience in a different jurisdiction.

Responsible for contracted patrol of federally controlled railways. Duties includeded investagation and apperhinsiion of susptes in violation of federal, state and locla laws.

Responsible for daily oversight of contracted patrol and stratic security services.
