Acting in a proactive manner, I emphasized employee and visitor safety by identifying risks through detailed premises surveillance. Keeping leadership informed, I communicated incidents to Division Security Officers, documenting and reporting on all security-related matters. I spearheaded continuous operations by maintaining up-to-date clearance and access records for DoD civilian and military personnel. This included securing vital electronic information to ensure compliance with regulations governing the dissemination, reproduction, transmission, storage, and destruction of classified materials. Additionally, I facilitated effective security management through the application of security principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. To achieve this, I built secure teams by reviewing and analyzing security clearance cases, offering recommendations on individuals with significant red flags.Examples of my contributions include:* I served as Brigade Security Manager to affect operations and uphold security, managing and implementing personnel, information, and automated security programs.*I inspired and led 1771 service members to effectively complete daily operations.* Mitigating risks for foreign traveling personnel, I conducted training and travel briefs on Information Security (INFOSEC).

I orchestrate the achievement of the organizational mission by supervising, performing, and coordinating the management of strategic and tactical intelligence. In support of organizational goals, I coordinate evidence-based decision making, keeping the commander informed through preparation of intelligence products. Part of my role includes mitigating risks, and I devise and implement action plans to understand, mitigate, and neutralize threats while adapting to changing environments. Developing and upholding an organized, systematic method of tracking records and files, I emphasize efficiency across all operations. Part of this efficiency includes managing communication effectively, processing and disseminating incoming reports and messages while assigning priorities and verifying reliability. I also serve to enforce public safety, applying security regulations by taking appropriate action such as escorting non-compliant individuals to processing areas.I have made a number of valuable contributions and accomplishments, including:* I served as Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, holding a position two ranks above my assigned rank, entrusted to secure $1M in equipment and delivering no losses during operations.*Enhanced efficiency, I developed and distributed intelligence products to support field operations.*I was selected to replace a "Battle Non-Commissioned Officer," a role four levels above my assigned rank during the biggest annual exercise, serving to supervise the Tactical Operations Center operations while making informed decisions to achieve mission goals.* I tackled ambitious operational objectives by implementing strategies for breaking down information to design comprehensive initiatives.
