Admin over the telehealth infrastructures for MUSC and the state-widePalmetto State Provider’s Network (located in datacenters in Charleston andColumbia, SC)* Build and maintain virtual machines that run the software and services required for our telehealth infrastructures* VM OS’s range in variety from Cisco Internetwork Operating Systems, Ubuntu Server and Windows Server 2012* Conduct necessary provisioning of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco IM and P servers, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Cisco Unity and Prime License Manager, Cisco Video Communication Servers (Control and Expressway), Jabber, Reach/InTouch telehealth client, Vidyo* Create and renew security certificates for the Cisco infrastructure* Create and store backups and VM snapshots for the Cisco infrastructure and restore to backups when needed* Work with MUSC and partner-site network and security/firewall teams to create and maintain VPN connections and Lan to Lan tunnels between MUSC and partner-site electronic medical record servers* Manage Active-Directory users, groups and resources that pertain to MUSC and PSPN telehealth efforts* Manage domain joined and non-domain joined assets via Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager* Image, provision, deploy and maintain telehealth-managed laptops to providers located throughout the Southeast* Coordinate and manage communications between vendors and partner site network teams to deploy overnight upgrades to various parts of the telehealth infrastructures* Participate in 7 day 24/7 on-call schedules (every 5 weeks) to assist nurses, doctors, trainers and administrators who need any telehealth assistance with telehealth carts, Microsoft and Apple devices, accounts and peripherals

* Assisted in the overall systems administration of 17,000+ windows desktopsvia SCCM* Monitored the health of the configuration management client on all MUSCmanaged workstations and distributed machines with broken CM clients tothe team for repair* Identified and distributed software patches for both PC and Macintoshworkstations via SCCM and the JAMF Casper Suite* Assisted in Windows and Macintosh OS imaging* Created, managed and troubleshot group policies (via Active Directory andGroup Policy Management) that were required for app/workstationfunctionality and adhered to MUSC security standards* Created and deployed virtually packaged (and some locally installed)applications for both PC and Macintosh workstations via applicationvirtualization (APP-V), SCCM and the JAMF Casper Suite and JAMF SoftwareServer* Assisted in monitoring, maintaining and upgrading our JAMF SoftwareServer/JSS and the underlying Windows Server 2012 R2 server* Used Powershell, Winbatch, and batch file scripting to deliver customsolutions wherever it was needed
