About Hunter Beaumont

Hunter has over ten years of real estate finance, investment management and property management experience. He has been personally responsible for closing the acquisition of real estate assets with total value in excess of $100M.Additionally, Hunter has had exposure to the marine industry since his youth, and currently acts as a U.S. Government Contractor and consultant to various private firms in the maritime industry. Hunter graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and Sol Price School of Public Policy with Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) dual degrees, during which time he held various leadership roles including President of the USC Graduate Real Estate Association.Hunter has a passion for investing and is always excited to look at new deals and unique opportunities. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, and is proud to be part of USC's "Trojan Family" and BYU's Marriott School of Management alumni.
